Return Policy
You have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return. Your 2 days start the day your tracking number shows the item as delivered. After your return claim has been accepted you have another 2 day window to ship the item back. Given the nature of the items that Sugar Boutique sells, it is important that we keep the return window small.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number for proof of purchase, and the return tracking number for proof of return.

Please do not ship your return before your return claim has been accepted by Sugar Boutique. we’ll give you instructions on when and how to send your package. You are responsible for the return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first being approved by Sugar Boutique will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is not as described or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges.
cancellations
we do not accept order cancellations in most cases. However, we reserve the right to accept them on a case by case basis.
European Union & United Kingdom 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification, except for the justification of your item arriving damaged. If your item has arrived damaged this needs to be brought to Sugar Boutiques attention before returning the item. We do not accept order cancellations from the EU or UK. You can contact us at sugarboutique01@gmail.com Otherwise, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and you'll need to send Sugar Boutique the carrier information/tracking number.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
